…The progress of the Grand Mariner on Longboat Key is set for smooth sailing.  This high-end condo development consists of 14 units.  The fitness center, private party rooms, pool and tennis are just some of the amenities.  Twenty deep water boat slips are available to accommodate boats of up to 70 feet.  Completion is scheduled for the summer of 2007…The design of the common area amenities and model is provided by A.D.S.
